Millie attended Watonga Public Schools, and she attended Ft. Sill Indian School in high school. Millie went on to graduate from Lawton MacArthur High School in 1977. Millie played an active role in all her nieces’, nephews’, and grandchildren’s lives, and did her best to pass on the Cheyenne and Arapaho words she knew.
