OKLAHOMA CITY– Attorney General Gentner Drummond is warning Oklahomans about a new scam where imposters are calling citizens to tell them they have won money. The caller claims to be an agent with the Attorney General’s office and tells recipients they need to pay a fee to collect their winnings.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Eight out of 10 Americans celebrated the Easter holiday Sunday, according to the National Retail Federation. It is a day of great religious significance for the 63% of Americans who classify themselves as Christians, so many more people recognize aspects of the holiday. Dear Oklahoma friends and neighbors: It is almost time for many kids’ favorite week—spring break. Our kids are getting ready for a break from school, and I hope families are able to take a moment to pause and spend some time together. Go have fun with the kids, reconnect, and remember to be grateful for the many blessings we enjoy each and every day. We are at our best when our families are strongest, and Oklahoma is blessed with strong families. Enjoy the warm sunshine as well. We have missed it.
